pictures; tattoo and my day

Well, I may have mentioned before that there is a bump on the first i on my wrist tattoo. Apparently I've been moisturizing it too much and there's a little pimple there now. I saw my artist to make sure it wasn't something worse, and he said to just stop moisturizing it and it should be fine all on it's own.

So today I went out and got some Batman movies as well as Persona 3 FES.

I'm really excited about playing Persona; I've heard it's really good and cestlavieminako told me a lot about it, and it sounds super fun.

Oh, I also bought The Count of Montecristo, as I wanted to get it last time I was at the book store but all the school kids had bought them. xD


I also got to look through Canada and the Liberation of the Netherlands, May 1945 and ahh it looks really good. It was $30 in the store [for a thin paperback D:] and about $20 online, so I didn't get it but plan to buy it online. I also want to get House of Leaves, as I started reading it awhile back and liked it, but never got to actually finish it.

So all in all I spent about $26 today... not bad for a game, four movies, and a book. :D

Actually it doesn't hurt at all unless I poke at it, and even that doesn't hurt much. It does look bad though, doesn't it? xD

Monte Cristo is my FAVORITE book. I really hope you like it~

There's actually an anime based off it too - Gankutsuou. When I first saw it, I was like "THIS DOESN'T FOLLOW THE BOOK AT ALL WTH", but then I reread the book and realized that it actually did, it just paid attention to little parts of the story that I had forgotten. Well, other than the whole being in space thing, and Edmond being possessed by a demon. But that's what makes it anime, I guess. <3

TL;DR: Gankutsuou is good. You should give it a watch when you finish the book (if you haven't already seen it).

You're a little late in telling me about gankutsuou lol, I watched the first few eps of it a few years ago. Then pippin took it back so someone in her cosplay group could watch it, as they were cosplaying it at az.
She never gave it back to me to finish though, so I haven't gotten around to finishing it. :c
