My day thus far~
Mar. 15th, 2009 03:32 pmSo, I've ordered cosplay stuff and went out for flag poles. Apparently there aren't many good flag poles in this town. So PVC piping will have to work... and it's pretty cheap and light, so if I can figure out a good way to actually ATTACH the flags I think it'll work really well.
I also found an adorable little dog today running around in the road. Mum and I pulled over and gave him a little bit of food and checked for a tag, which he had none of. But he was crazy friendly [and even jumped in the car] so we know he was a pet. It's a Sunday, so we couldn't call animal control or anyone like that, so we got in the car and made sure he didn't go in the road. He went in some neighborhood so I assumed he was going home. I hope he's alright though.
I still need to work on my wigs, but I need to think of what to do for the Canada curl some more, and I keep forgetting to pick up wig detangler spray for my Hungary wig. *headdesk*
EDIT: Flag pole is done and looks awesome, and cost me $0.75~ I'll be checking with AZ later to see if the height is okay, it's 8ft atm. Any other of my Hetalia cosplayers want a flag pole? Ashley is coming over later and we're going to get supplies and make her one, but if someone else wants one let me know; as long as you pay for supplies my dad is down with making them for people. They're painfully simple. Seriously. I'll make a tutorial if people want one. I'll be like, one paragraph. xD
Also... I should probably finish trying to read Twilight and spork it for you people. But do you even care if I keep sporking it? Because as lulzy as it may be, it takes twice as long at get through a chapter when I spork, quote, and draw [parodies] of parts, so I'll do it, but only if people still want it. It's fine if you don't, I'm not the funniest person ever and there is so much Twilight lulz that I don't care either way; it's all about ~you~ and what ~you want~.
