November 5th
Nov. 5th, 2008 11:53 amI'm not freaking out. I'm exhausted from not being able to sleep last night, aching from my monthly, and I'm still feeling a little high strung from all of this.
But I'm so happy. I feel like crying, and hey, I just might. I still have to shower and then pick up Kemi but I'm feeling nice and calm for once. This past week especially I've been constantly tense and worried, spending most of my time reading about the candidates, the situation, and other general news related to it all. So this relief is great, but it seems almost surreal.
Oh, and North Carolina... is sliiiiightly more blue, but I think we're purple. I mean, in NC Obama only had 12,160 more votes than McCain, and that's not a lot. Hell, Barr has 25,181 total.
Whatever, let's all be happy.
