As I said to Squeeks above, Evelyn said she's pressing charges if the owner doesn't give up her dogs, so at the moment Cathy, the owner of the two dogs, is putting them in the system for the Humane Society to take, as there is a waiting lest but they're a no kill place and will make sure they go to a good home.
And yeah, it's just a really rough time for all of us right now.
